7:00-8:00 U13-U19 - Outfield Players and Goalkeepers
SANTA CLARITA – Central Park #4 (No training March 7th due to tryouts).
5:00-6:00 U6-U12 Outfield Players + ALL AGE GOALKEEPERS
6:00-7:00 U13-U19 (Goalkeepers are welcome to stay for the 2nd hour to get more repetition)
The hardest thing to accomplish in soccer is scoring a goal. To maximize the likelihood of scoring, players must master a range of techniques. By attending our POWER HOUR Clinics the professional coaches at LA Premier FC will guide our players in learning the various goal-scoring techniques such as:
- Shooting technique ; How to strike a ball with maximum power
- Bending the Ball
- 1v1 against the GK
- Heading
- Finishing; the finesse of a goal-scorer
- Volleying
- Attacking Heading
- Free Kicks
- 1v1v1: A last defender plus the GK
- Finishing under pressure
- Speed, Agility and Quickness Exercises
These clinics are FREE to any player registered in the club.
We are also offering these clinics at NO COST to any resident of The City of La Canada or The City of Santa Clarita to come and explore our program.
